Choral Society of Pensacola
presents works by Beethoven on Saturday, March 24, 2012
The Choral Society of Pensacola presents
two magnificent works by Ludwig van Beethoven – Mass in C and
Choral Fantasy -- at 7:30 p.m. on
Saturday, March 24, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church, 33 East Gregory
Street in downtown Pensacola.
This concert will feature the 60 singers
of the Choral Society of Pensacola, the Choral Society Orchestra, and
five excellent guest soloists, all under the baton of Choral Society
Artistic Director, Xiaolun Chen. Soloists for the evening are Sheila
Murphy, soprano; Anne Duraski, mezzo-soprano; Leo Day, tenor; Mark
Walters, bass-baritone; and Ann Gajda, piano.
Tickets for the concert are $18.00 for
reserved section seating, $15.00 for general admission, and $5.00 for
students. Visa and MasterCard can be used to purchase tickets in
advance, and there is a $2.00 discount per ticket on the purchase of
reserved or general admission tickets for groups of ten or more. Call

Tickets can also be purchased through the
Pensacola State College Lyceum Ticket Office (850-484-1847). Tickets
will be available at the door beginning one hour prior to performance
time.
